Merchandise may be exchanged if it is in resalable condition and exchanged by the original purchaser only.
If a desired exchange is not available, Merchandise Credit will be given.
Merchandise Credit is valid for 2 years from date of issue.
Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with the return of the merchandise and for the costs associated with receiving replacement merchandise.
On many ocassions, Gallery Haiku has shipped domestically and internationally with 100 percent success to date. However, in the event your merchandise is damaged when received, reimbursements will be processed using procedures established by the United States Postal Service since we insure all of our shipments through them.
